What is your coverage area?
We are proud to serve the greater Twin Cities Metro Area. This includes all surrounding suburbs of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. We cover distances as far east as Hudson, Wisconsin and as far west as Wayzata, Minnesota. We also extend our reach as far north as Forest Lake, Minnesota and as far south as Lakeville, Minnesota. There are no hard lines in our coverage area, so if you need an inspection outside this range please contact us.
Do I have to be present during the inspection?
No, all of our services are very convenient. You tell us what vehicle you need inspected by Scheduling an Inspection and we'll take care of the rest.
How and when should I pay for my service of choice?
Each of our services are pre-pay only. Payment is due one hour before your scheduled inspection, however you can pre-pay anytime before than. To pay for your service, make sure you have Scheduled an Inspection, than complete your payment here.
What is your cancellation policy for your vehicle inspection services?
The vehicle inspection begins when our agent leaves for the inspection location. In the event that you or the seller cancel or postpone the inspection during the time our agent is en route to the inspection location, you will receive a full refund less $20.00 for a service fee. Once our agent begins the inspection process, there will be no refund. The time at which our operative begins the inspection will be noted on the vehicle inspection report.
Do you offer engine compression checks?
We do not currently offer engine compression checks due to liability issues pertaining to removing parts from the vehicle. We do however, offer services that may be able to provide you with results that are close to compression checks. Our Computerized Scan test is able to check for engine cylinder misfire, which can be caused by low compression. We will not be able to confirm an exact compression reading. We can also offer a cooling system pressure test which may be able to detect faulty cylinder head gaskets.
Are your services currently available on weekends and holidays?
Service is not available on Saturday or Sunday, however if you have questions or concerns during these days, please contact us via email. In most cases a response will occur within the weekend. We will automatically be closed on all major US holidays. Our business hours are: Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 6:00pm US Central.
What are your qualifications?
All of our agents proudly wear the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence. Each are Master Automobile Technicians and in addition, truly excel with client relations. Each and every one of our agents has the commitment and desire to deliver honest and unbiased results.
Do you offer a vehicle history report?
Currently, we do not offer a vehicle history report with our inspection reports.
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. We do not accept cash or check. All payments must be completed online.
How long does it take to receive my inspection report?
Usually we can have your inspection report ready to be viewed the same day of the inspection. Our inspection reports are emailed to the email address that you provided when you Scheduled an Inspection.
